The plot of said game Oogie boogie actually came from an obscure and forgotten holiday “Bug Day” like Jack he found the holiday doors. Once in Halloween Town oogie loved it so much that he wanted to become the pumpkin king. Jack beats him thus making oogie afraid of Jack. Jack did respect oogie’s creepyness so he allowed him to stay on the outskirts of town.

I have a theory that Scar thought Kovu was his, but after he died his mother confessed Scar wasn't his father. Scar being who he was and with all the available lionesses I don't think he would have picked a cub which wasn't his. Zira might not have believed the mother, or just followed Scars decision anyway despite his parentage.

Disney's original storyline Kovu was scars son. Because they were lions. I myself would have been fine with that They let fear Put too many blanks in a good story line . With scars Personality . I really don't see him Adopting a cub that has no connection to him at all. Especially for his species it makes no sense.

No, I don’t think scar was born evil. It would have to be someone that really had a lot of anger in hate to put that on the small little cub in overtime and manifest into what we have and what we know us the greatest villain of all time. I don't think it was just 1 factor that made Scar a villain. I think it was a combo of many things happening in his life, though the main catalyst would've been the death of his mom.
